EDGE WITH GLUE
 
The traditionally edging can be done only by the application of hot glue. As a result, there is a joint to seen -like adhesive gap with yellowing and dirt, the resistance to heat and moisture depends entirely on the quality of the adhesive and with the passage of time it reduces, even at quality adhesives.

 

SECTION-GRIP EDGE-PLATE
 
The Company TINMAR is  able to use an innovative dual-layer edge. "Laser" edging contributes to the complete removal of the adhesive and the related with this joint. An invisible and extremely strong connection between edge and workpiece is created. It is a function of the applied edge with a special polymer layer that melts during the production due to a very high temperature.
 
Liquefied polymer attaches to the plate and creates a permanent invisible connection with perfect vision without adhesive joints without dirt, yellowing and detachment and with high resistance to heat and moisture.
